Administration overview

Open the administration application and authenticate through an email magic link. Production intentionally has no email-free access. Pull-request previews and local demo environments offer Open demo studio against seeded, disposable data; see the operations guide for the environment matrix.

The current interface provides:

• Dashboard totals and upcoming sessions.
• Bookkeeping totals, monthly balances, and a complete attendee transaction overview.
• Event creation and event listing.
• Product creation and listing, including optional per-attendee purchase limits.
• Booking visibility.
• User and group visibility.

The active tenant comes from the session. Sign out before sharing a device and never paste session identifiers into support messages.

The bookkeeping page separates captured incoming payments from outgoing reimbursements. Its cards and twelve-month table follow the selected calendar year, while the transaction table below remains a complete newest-first ledger across all years and attendees.
